Soy María Martínez Rojas y, junto con el profesor José Manuel Soto Hidalgo, seré coordinadora y tutora del último módulo del MOOC: Módulo 8. Herramienta gráfica KNIME.
Hemos preparado distintos recursos y ejemplos para facilitaros un aprendizaje rápido, práctico y riguroso sobre KNIME, una herramienta gráfica muy potente en el ámbito de la Ciencia de Datos y, en particular, en el análisis y la extracción de conocimiento a partir de datos.
Este módulo ofrece una visión introductoria no solo del uso de KNIME, sino también de su aplicación a la bioinformática, integrando diferentes técnicas que ya habéis trabajado en los módulos anteriores del MOOC. A lo largo del módulo descubriréis su facilidad de uso, su potencial para el análisis de datos y las ventajas que aporta en la resolución de problemas bioinformáticos.
Iremos planteando cuestiones y compartiendo inquietudes en el foro con el objetivo de dinamizar el aprendizaje, resolver dudas y completar vuestra formación sobre esta herramienta.

Hello everyone,
I am María Martínez Rojas and, together with Professor José Manuel Soto Hidalgo, I will be the coordinator and tutor of the final module of the MOOC: Module 8. KNIME Graphical Tool.
We have prepared different resources and examples to help you achieve a fast, practical, and rigorous introduction to KNIME, a powerful graphical tool in the field of Data Science and, in particular, in the analysis and extraction of knowledge from data.
This module offers an introductory overview not only of how to use KNIME, but also of its application to bioinformatics, integrating different techniques that you have already explored in previous modules of the MOOC. Throughout the module, you will discover its ease of use, its potential for data analysis, and the advantages it provides for solving bioinformatics problems.
We will raise questions and share ideas in the forum with the aim of encouraging learning, answering questions, and completing your training on this tool.
