Espero que se encuentren bien. Escribo aquí porque no he recibido respuesta del soporte y me queda muy poco tiempo.
He completado correctamente el curso sobre la poesía de Federico García Lorca, incluyendo todas las pruebas requeridas. También aprobé el examen final con una puntuación de 7/10. Sin embargo, el certificado para el pago no aparece en la página de TVP Abierta UGR.
Dado que el curso se cierra en menos de 24 horas, me preocupa perder la oportunidad de obtener el certificado a pesar de haber cumplido con todos los requisitos.Ya he enviado dos mensajes al soporte, pero no he recibido respuesta, por lo que decidí escribir aquí como último recurso.
¿Podrían ayudarme a entender cuál podría ser el problema o ayudarme a resolverlo?

I hope you are doing well. I am writing here because I have not received a response from support, and I am running out of time.
I have successfully completed the course on Federico García Lorca’s poetry, including all required tests. I also passed the final test with a score of 7/10. However, the certificate for payment does not appear on the TVP Abierta UGR page.
Since the course closes in less than 24 hours, I am worried that I may lose the opportunity to obtain the certificate despite having completed all the requirements.
I have already sent two messages to support but have not received a reply, so I decided to ask here as a last resort.
Could you please help me understand what might be the issue or assist in resolving it?
