Llegamos a un momento clave del curso. En el título de este MOOC se entrelazan tres conceptos: Machine Learning, Bioinformática y Big Data. Ya habéis explorado los dos primeros, y a partir de hoy, empezamos con el módulo de Big Data.
Para aquellos que os sintáis algo atascados en módulos anteriores: que no cunda el pánico. Este módulo es muy asequible. De hecho, si ya habéis asimilado los conceptos de aprendizaje automático, veréis que el Big Data es la pieza que hace que todo lo demás funcione a gran escala. ¡Os va a resultar más sencillo de lo que imagináis!

We’ve reached a key moment in the course. The title of this MOOC brings together three concepts: Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, and Big Data. You’ve already explored the first two, and starting today, we’ll start with the Big Data module.
For those of you who might feel a bit stuck in previous modules: don’t worry. This module is very approachable. In fact, if you’ve already grasped the machine learning concepts, you’ll find that Big Data is the piece that makes everything else work at scale. You’ll find it even easier than you think!
