Good morning, lovers of Sierra Nevada. My name is Roberto Travesí, born in the capital of Granada, a naturalist and professional nature photographer. It is a real pleasure to be able to attend this MOOC as a tutor, together with my colleagues Pablo López Chávez and Manuel García Ibáñez, where the distinguished professor of the UGR Manuel Titos Martínez will also be participating in the forums; we hope that this course will be to everyone's complete liking, acquiring a great deal of knowledge, while at the same time being able to resolve as many doubts as may arise. It goes without saying that we also intend to open lines of interest in order to deepen our knowledge of the Sierra.
For my part, I would like to point out that I studied Biological Sciences at the UGR and a good part of my professional career is linked to this incredible mountain in the south that concerns us. I have developed many of my works there, finding previously unknown populations and species.
